• Booking & Financial Information: Payment transactions, deposits, and session agreements are processed securely through our verified third-party processors (such as Stripe and Pixieset Studio Manager). We do not directly store credit card numbers on our servers.

• Session Recordings, Including What You Type: We record visits to our website, including the pages you view, your clicks, scrolling, and mouse movements. This includes the text you type into our inquiry form (such as your name, email address, phone number, and any details you write), even if you do not submit the form.
• Device & Usage Data: Your browser and device type, IP address and the approximate location derived from it, the website or ad that referred you, and which pages you visit and for how long.
• Security Checks: When you use our inquiry form, a bot-protection service analyzes browser and device signals to confirm you are a person.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for our photography business:

• To respond promptly to your session availability requests and custom pricing quotes.
• To follow up with you personally about your inquiry, including if you started filling out our inquiry form but did not submit it.

Selected photographs may be showcased in our portfolio, website galleries, or social media only in accordance with the terms outlined in your signed client agreement. We respect your privacy and will always honor specific non-disclosure or privacy requests agreed upon prior to your shoot.

5. Information Sharing & Third-Party Services

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Information is only shared with trusted service providers essential to delivering our services:

• Website Analytics & Session Recording: PostHog, which records website visits (including text typed into our inquiry form, as described above) on our behalf.
• Advertising Measurement: Google (Google Ads), which measures whether visits from our ads lead to inquiries and may use this information to show you our ads on other websites.
• Email & Communication: Resend, our email delivery provider, for inquiry alerts and confirmations.
• Spam Protection: Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies that inquiry form submissions come from people rather than bots.
• Website Hosting: Vercel, which hosts our website and provides basic visitor statistics.
• Client Gallery & Invoicing: Pixieset Studio Manager and Stripe for contract management and payment processing.

6. Cookies & Your Choices

PostHog and Google use cookies and similar browser storage to recognize returning visitors and to measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage Google's ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from contacting us or using our inquiry form.

If you would like us to delete recordings of your visits or anything you typed into our inquiry form, contact us using the details below and we will remove it.
